Not everyone books online. The AI phone assistant answers while you're up a ladder, asks what's broken, takes the address and books into the same calendar as your page. A burst pipe it takes down as an urgent message.

Every online booking triggers the WhatsApp confirmation at once. The day before, the reminder follows with the time and the fitter's name, so someone opens the door. From your number, in your words. You type nothing, not even in the van in the evening.
