If someone asks for a price, the assistant tells them, if you allow it, or says it depends on the work. If a service has a price, customers booking online can pay it right away through Stripe; anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment.

Around the clock, in German, with your business's name. The AI phone assistant asks what's broken, takes the address, checks free slots and writes the site visit in. On a burst pipe it takes the message and flags it as urgent.

Confirms on WhatsApp what was agreed on the phone.

As soon as the assistant has booked, the customer gets a WhatsApp with the job, date and time. The day before, the reminder follows with the fitter's name, so someone opens the door at eight. From your number, in your words, without you typing.

It only books what fits into the round.

The assistant sees fitters, vans, the duration of every job and the buffer for travel time. A two-hour repair it only offers where two hours are free. If a caller asks for a particular fitter, it tries to book exactly that person.

Every call in the app.

After every call the summary sits in the app: outcome, duration, call-back request. Callbacks land in their own list. The web app shows the same picture everywhere; apps for iPhone and Android and a smartwatch app are coming soon.
