Through the booking page, the phone assistant or entered by the front desk: as soon as the appointment is in the calendar, the client gets a WhatsApp with service, date and time. No account, no app, on the phone they're holding anyway.

Paid and reminded. Doubly safe.

The fixed-fee consultation you take up front through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Plus the reminder the day before. Whoever has paid and been reminded is in the meeting room at two. A long-standing client's annual accounts need only the message.

When the AI phone assistant takes an appointment while the front desk is buried in deadlines, it runs like any other booking: confirmation straight away, a reminder before the meeting. The caller writes nothing down, the message is on their phone.
