Through the booking page, the phone assistant or entered by the front desk: as soon as the appointment is in the calendar, the client gets a WhatsApp with service, date and time. No account, no app, on the phone they're holding anyway.

Reminded. And paid up front if they like.

The reminder arrives on WhatsApp from your number. If a service has a price, customers can also pay it right at booking through Stripe; anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment.

When the AI phone assistant takes an appointment while the front desk is buried in deadlines, it runs like any other booking: confirmation straight away, a reminder before the meeting. The caller writes nothing down, the message is on their phone.

You set the sequence: a week before, 24 hours before, two hours before, each with its own text. Per service you store what should come along, receipts, assessments or the contract. From your number, and replies land in your chat.
