Per service you decide: deposit, full price or pay in the shop. A deposit on the contact lens fitting, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, secure through Stripe. Nothing on the driving-licence eye test. Whoever has paid turns up at ten.

Older customers in particular would rather ring. The AI phone assistant answers while you're at the phoropter, names the same free slots as your booking page and writes the appointment into the same calendar. German phone number included, around the clock.

Every online booking triggers a WhatsApp confirmation straight away, from your number, with service, date and time. The reminder follows before the appointment: "Please bring your old glasses and the prescription." Whoever cancels frees the slot, and the time is back online.
