Customers open your link, pick a service, an optician and a free time, enter name and mobile number, done. No account. The link sits in the Google profile, on the website, in the WhatsApp status and on a QR code at the frame wall.
Paid up front. Right when they book.
If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely through Stripe. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment.
Those who prefer to ring book too.
Older customers in particular would rather ring. The AI phone assistant answers while you're at the phoropter, names the same free slots as your booking page and writes the appointment into the same calendar. German phone number included, around the clock.
Booked means confirmed.
Every online booking triggers a WhatsApp confirmation straight away, from your number, with service, date and time. The reminder follows before the appointment: "Please bring your old glasses and the prescription." Whoever cancels frees the slot, and the time is back online.

terminio works the free slots out per person and room, and the booking page shows only what is really free. Regulars pick the colleague who knows their prescription. Walk-ins still come in without an appointment; fixed slots go only to what occupies the refraction room.
