Owners open your link, pick a service, a vet and a free time, enter name, mobile number and animal, done. No account. The link sits on the practice website, in the Google profile, in the answerphone message and as a QR code at the desk.
Paid up front. Right when they book.
If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely through Stripe. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment.
Those who prefer to ring book too.
Not every owner types. The AI phone assistant answers while a dog is on the table, names the same free slots as your booking page and writes the appointment into the same calendar. It never judges a medical case; anything urgent goes straight through.

Every online booking triggers a WhatsApp confirmation, from your number, with service, date and time. The reminder follows the day before: bring the vaccination record, cat in the carrier. Whoever cancels frees the slot, and the time is back online for the next patient.
