Clients open your link, pick a first session, a coaching session or couples counselling, pick in person or by video, pick the time. Name, mobile number, done. No account, no app, no explanation. In your design, calm and plain.
Paid up front. Right when they book.
If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely through Stripe. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment.

Not every client clicks. The AI phone assistant answers while you're in a session, asks first session or follow-up and books into the same calendar as the booking page. It doesn't counsel: anyone in acute distress is referred to you or to the emergency numbers.
Booked, confirmed, reminded.
Every online booking sends the WhatsApp confirmation straight away, with service, date and time, without a word about what it's for. Before the session comes the reminder, from your number, in your words. You type nothing, the hour stays taken.

In person and online, evening slots, the break between two sessions: terminio works out from them what the booking page offers. Couples counselling only appears where ninety minutes are free. Clients book their regular hour, and a colleague gets a calendar of her own.
