Per service you decide: payment up front, full price or pay at the practice. Up front for the first session, nothing for ongoing ones. Clients pay securely through Stripe, and whoever has paid is in the chair at six. Your cancellation rule covers the money.

Not every client clicks. The AI phone assistant answers while you're in a session, asks first session or follow-up and books into the same calendar as the booking page. It doesn't counsel: anyone in acute distress is referred to you or to the emergency numbers.

Every online booking sends the WhatsApp confirmation straight away, with service, date and time, without a word about what it's for. Before the session comes the reminder, from your number, in your words. You type nothing, the hour stays taken.
